The goal of this thesis is to design methods for acquisition of three dimensional model of object using illumination by laser streak which is read by camera. The first part describes theoretical principle and points out some problems which are linked to this method. Followed by description of interfaces which can be used for acquisition of image from camera. Next part is focused on more detailed description of DirectShow interface which is used in this thesis. Description of concrete methods designated for processing acquired image, calibration and composition of three dimensional model are also topics of this work. The Last part describes device which was created to verificate and automatize designed methods.

Tooth Detection on Jaw 3D Computer Polygonal Model

This document discusses a concept and implementation of algorithms for teeth detection on 3D polygonal jaw model. At first, I describe possible shape detection techniques on three dimensional computer model, including utilization just in my case. After it, I analyze filtration problems of obtained model segments in order to reliably separate regions of tooth-arch from the rest of jaw. I included all these pieces of knowledge into a final application. Here, it is possible to choose from two user interfaces, first, classic user interface which demonstrates possible utilization in real world and second, testing interface which demonstrates functions of each detection and filtration method used in program and their effect on detection. Application is written in C++ language in development environment of MS Visual Studio 2005 and compiled with MS VS internal compiler. Tested was under MS Windows XP and MS Windows Vista OS.

Automatic smoothing 3D models of cranial embryonic mouse cartilage

The focus of this thesis is the smoothing of manually segmented 3D models of mouse embryo craniofacial cartilege. During the process of manual segmentation, artefacts and other imperfections appear in the final models and need to be repaired. Firstly, manual segmentation is corrected using gradients and thresholding. Subsequent smoothing methods are constructed based on theoretical research. Algorithmizing is executed in the MATLAB environment. All the designed algorithms are then tested on selected models. Statistical evaluation is determined using the Srensen–Dice coefficient, where manually smoothened models cleared of all artefacts are used as the gold standard.

The thesis include principle of burnishing roller method, facilities and usage in view of requested properties of machina surface. The thesis include running conditions of burnishing roller, typem of tooling supplemented pictures of toolings made in Germany company Baublies AG accordance with using in production. Technical– economic evalution is described at the end of thesis.

History of the transports Dl and Dm from Teresienstadt to Auschwitz

The theme of this thesis is the history of two transports, transports Dl and Dm dispatched september 6 1943 from ghetto Terezín to Auschwitz. It is possible to find a lot of information in many publications, but this thesis introduces this subject throught testimonies of eyewitnesses. Starting with the family background, continuing with deportation to Theresienstadt from where the transports were dispatched. Concerning the transport to Auschwitz, I elaborated its characteristics looking at the age and sex of the transported inmates. Due to the witness's testimonies, I tried to concentrate on the history of two day's journey to the biggest extermination camp during the second world war. And the eyewitness's testimonies are illustrating all the welcoming ceremony, the desinfection, tattoo and dormitory allocation. In my thesis, I would like to describe the Terezin inmates' biannual stay in family camp B IIb, tragical death of 3 792 of them at night of 8 to 9 March 1944, seeking to recreate the Dr. Mengele's list of medical personnel and twins. Finally, I would like to emphasise the fate of 41 survivors of those transports.

Simplification of contour lines in flat areas

Simplification of contour lines in flat areas The diploma thesis is focused on the cartographic generalization of contour lines derived from dense point clouds in flat territories, where the original contour lines tend to oscillate. The main aim is to propose, develop and test a new algorithm for the contour simplification preserving the given vertical error and reflecting the cartographic rules. Three methods designed for large scale maps (1 : 10 000 and larger) are presented: the weighted average, modified Douglas-Peucker and potential-based approach. The most promising method is based on the repeated simplification of contour line segments by calculating the generalization potential of its vertices. The algorithm is implemented in Python 2.7 with the use of Arcpy library was tested on DMR5G data, the simplified contour lines were compared with the result created by a professional cartographer. Reflexe arménské genocidy současnou tureckou a arménskou veřejností

Bachelor thesis is focused on the historical events of the Armenian Genocide, describes its beginning, course and consequences of genocide. In addition to the definition of genocide and basic characteristics of this concept theoretical part also defines and describes the various stages of genocide. The first part is devoted to describing the Armenian nation, defines the arrival time on their territory, the emergence of the nation state, the literature, the formation of a state religion, etc. The second actor of the Armenian Genocide was the Ottoman Empire, which at the time of its existence and flourishing recharge and won many territories. A considerable part of the work is devoted to the issue of recognition of the Armenian Genocide, which is still an open question in international relations. The practical part, which was also the most important part, interprets individual answers of respondents in the survey. Their testimony should help to understand today's relations and relations between the Turkish and Armenian populations, which in many respects was affected by Armenian Genocide.
